Booking terms
1. Deposit and payment
A 30% deposit secures your place. The balance is due 7 days before departure, by bank transfer or card at our offices. VAT invoices are available on request.
2. Cancellation fees
As a share of the total tour price, outside holiday periods:

| 7–14 days | 30% |
| 3–6 days | 50% |
| Under 3 days or no-show | 100% |
Over Lunar New Year, 30 April – 1 May and 2 September: 20% if you cancel 30+ days ahead, then the table above plus 20%. Issued flight and cruise tickets follow the carrier’s rules.
3. Children
Under 2: free, sharing a parent’s bed. 2–11: 75% of the adult price with own seat and meals. 12 and over: adult price.
4. Weather changes
If storms or port closures affect the trip, we substitute an equivalent itinerary or refund unused services, with no cancellation fee.
5. Insurance
Every guest is covered by travel insurance up to VND 100 million per claim during the tour. International visitors should also hold their own medical cover.
6. Privacy
We use your details only to plan, book services and arrange insurance, sharing them with hotels, transport and insurers only as needed. Ask us to delete your data any time at hello@vandu.travel.
